All-Delco Kristen Miller came up big for Strath Haven as the Panthers fended off Marple Newtown’s upset bid, 2-1.

Hailey Valerio‘s return to the Garnet Valley field hockey cage after a concussion went off without a hitch. The Jaguars blanked defending league champion Haverford, 2-0.

John Zipf buoyed The Haverford School’s 15-11 water polo win over the Pennington School.

It’s been a long road back to the course for Academy Park cross country’s Joey Fitzgerald, but the senior claimed his first win of the season to help the Knights knock off Chichester, 20-34.

Sydney Stribrny won the race, but Notre Dame cross country dropped a close one to Penn Charter, 26-29.

A highlight-reel battle for Archbishop Carroll girls tennis duo Grace Mondics and Jackie Finnegan paced the Patriots to a 5-0 rout of Archbishop Wood.
