I’m pleased to announce that the Daily Local’s Andy Edwards has decided to come back for another picks beatdown join me in picking the state tournament. Here’s what happened when we picked the District One tournament. (Avert your eyes, Andy.) So without wasting any more time, here are our picks for the state tournament that starts Wednesday.
