Strath Haven’s Kirsten Wilhelmsen, left, did it all in the Panthers’ 10-9 win over Garnet Valley Tuesday night.

Kirsten Wilhelmsen and Bri Irons came through with a huge defensive play to help Strath Haven girls lacrosse exact a modicum of revenge on Garnet Valley with a 10-9 triumph. Speaking of the Panthers, their baseball team got a strong outing from Donovan Davis to spur a 7-3 win over Radnor. The boys lacrosse action leads with Vince Marra‘s six-spot to help Springfield topple Harriton, 15-2Molly Rafferty did it all for Cardinal O’Hara softball in a 3-2 win over Bonner-Prendergast. The girls basketball all-state teams were announced and Archbishop Carroll’s Sarah Curran (Class AAAA) and Episcopal Academy’s Megan Quinn (Class AA) claimed top honors. The rest of the high school action is led by John Reimers‘ clutch victory at No. 2 singles as Chichester tennis toppled Chester, 4-1.
